What hats do you use?
North Woods Hat Co. primarily works with Yupoong hats. Available models and colors can be viewed in our hat collection.
When do I send my logo?
After your initial order and deposit, we'll send you a link where you can upload your business logo and additional embroidery instructions.
When do I pay for my order?
Full payment is required when placing your order. Once payment is complete, we’ll send you instructions for submitting your logo for embroidery.
How long does an order take?
Production time depends on the quantity and order requirements. We'll provide an estimated turnaround once your order details are confirmed.
